TERMS & CONDITIONS
* Please note that price list is a guide only. Grooming price depends on the size, breed, weight, coat length and condition, as well as the total grooming time required. Additional fees may be incurred if your pet is uncooperative or additional services are required.
* Clients must inform us beforehand if pets have any special requirements or medical conditions.
* Any pets found with fleas will require a mandatory flea wash. *Extra fee will apply*
* We may charge a matting/knot fee if your dog has lots of knots/matting. We will clip your dog short. We have the right to refuse de-matting services if it is stressing out your dog.
*We refuse to groom any dogs that growl, bite or show any signs of aggression for our safety. If your dog shows any signs of aggression while at the salon we will call you for immediate pick up.
*YPETS Grooming Salon reserves the right to send pets home at any point during the grooming process if its is deemed unsafe to the groomer or pet to continue with the groom
*We DO NOT use any sedation under any circumstances.
*YPETS Grooming Salon is under 24 hour CCTV surveillance to ensure the safety of both our team and the pets in our care.
* If you are unhappy with your groom we are happy to rectify the issue however we will only accept your dog within 48hours since of their last appointment. We do not offer any refunds.
* If you notice any medical issues that may have been caused by grooming on your dog we must be notified within 24hours of your dogs groom. After 24hours we are unable to confirm that it was grooming related. We do not offer any refunds however we will pay any medical bills if it is from grooming and your dog is not an injury risk.
* Any rescheduling or cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the appointment or it will be considered as a no-show and a service fee will incurred for your next appointment.
*Please arrive within 15 minutes of your booking time, or we may cancel your appointment directly.
* We will call you and send you a text message when your dog is ready for pick up. Your dog must be picked up within one hour once they are ready. A late fee will be incurred if you are unable to pick up your pets on time.
* WE DO NOT GROOM PREGNANT DOGS, if your dog is pregnant we will cancel the groom and you will be charged a 75% fee for on the day cancellation
* Dogs over 10 years of age will need a written consent form from a vet stating your dog has no underlying issues and is able to be groomed safely. We will also require you to sign another consent from.
*YPETS Grooming Salon reserves the right to decline any appointment at our discretion.
